Be Your Data Big or Small: Know Your Objectives!

“Big Data” is the latest moniker (ERP…data mining…CRM…) bestowed upon a very simple concept: your organization has access to petabytes of transactional (or behavioral) data. You should be doing something with this data to increase your profit margin.
